CEOBen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rodina Consulting LLC. His professional journey reflects an unwavering commitment to his client’s success, innovative technologies, and driving teams toward remarkable outcomes.
Ben is a proud 2015 graduate of Colorado State University’s College of Business and a dedicated sales professional with a passion for delivering optimal solutions for clients. After graduation, Ben began his career at a company known for their leadership in the ITSM and ITAM sector and recognized in Gartner’s magic quadrant.
His early experiences were crucial in developing expertise, leading to a strategic role with a business consulting agency that specializes in BI consulting, particularly with Cognos and Tableau. This position allowed him to explore the forefront of emerging technologies.
In 2017, Ben transitioned to the staffing industry with a globally respected firm, collaborating with diverse clients to meet their unique leadership needs. His commitment to being a valuable resource for clients resulted in a promotion to a management role, where he led the sales team in Denver to outstanding achievements. In 2023, Ben received the prestigious Chairman Award, recognizing his consistent track record of excellence.
Ben transitioned to a boutique organization to better understand the differences between global and local organizations. He generated some of the largest deals the organization had seen in their 25 years of business.
CROJess is the CRO and Co-Founder of Rodina Consulting LLC. She excels in leveraging her expertise and knowledge to empower professionals in their career journeys and assist organizations in building exceptional teams.
Originally from Tucson, AZ, and a proud University of Arizona graduate, Jess brings her passion for connecting talent with opportunity. Her journey into the consulting field began right out of college in various sales and account management roles, laying the foundation for her skills in relationship-building, strategic planning, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
In 2021, Jess made her transition into the staffing industry by taking on a recruiting role at a leading firm, where she discovered her true calling: placing accomplished professionals and high-level executives into positions that enable them to navigate pivotal career transitions and unlock their full potential.
Jess is deeply passionate about recruiting and is committed to making sure each client is thrilled with the outcome of her work. Her devotion to staying informed with emerging trends and best practices is evident in her success as a top performer, consistently ranking among the best in direct hire billing and placements in 2023.
